As a CTO and Technical head, he is instrumental in building various companies from a relative start-up to a globally recognized brands.
Dip is a highly accomplished business and technology driven professional with 15+ years of experience in Consulting and IT Services, spanning across various domains & technology (Mobility Solutions, Web Apps, E-commerce, AI, ERP and Digital Marketing).
His experience as Business Head and Digital Head to Co-founder was instrumental in the growth of various SMEs to Enterprises in B2B, B2C & B2E. He is a proven problem solver, start-up transformer and digital growth specialist with a successful track record of introducing measures for long-term growth and value with immense experience gained working with clients hailing from Europe, Middle East, Asia Pacific and the Americas.
At Ndimension Labs Dip wears many hats and responsible for driving the Digital growth and Transformation in Go To Market propositions, Strategic partnerships, Business analysis, Project management, Product development, Customer Engagements and primarily delivering value to our customers.
Serving as Ndimension Lab's Corporate Strategic Advisor, Anthony is an alumnus of the University of Los Angeles California, Cornell University, and is a Syracuse University Master of Business Administration.
His passion for business strategy and development with proven expertise in brand management, business analytics, and 3-Tier Operations, has proved a valuable asset to the company and all referrals alike.
Jim has co-founded six companies over the last 20+ years and established a number of strategic alliances that have resulted in over $250 million in net-new business. His efforts in business intelligence, e-commerce, social networking, technology and entertainment have lead to Board of Director roles for over a dozen companies during the last two decades.
Jim was COO at Manos Accelerator the leading Latino focused Accelerator in Silicon Valley. He is able to leverage his expertise from founding and raising Capital for dozens of startups over the last two decades. Jim understand the challenges founders face since he has been doing it himself from initial idea formation to eight figures in sales many times over.
Jim has worked with such notable clients as Intel, General Electric, HP, Dell, Sun Microsystems, AllState, Bank of America, in addition to smaller firms like Microcom, Vistage, Plantronics, EVB, and Vignette.
His primary task is to empower Africa SME Entrepreneurs and Impact tech venture with affordable, advanced and agile technology solution. Prabhu, oversees the day-to-day of the Ndimension Labs Africa business development and projects, while working with the leadership and management team to craft strategies and initiatives that will scale the entire Ndimension Labs Africa impact tech ecosystem, increasing reach while improving learning and venture outcomes. A serial entrepreneur, Micro VC, Multi family office administrator and AI/blockchain tech evangelist. Specialist in the marketing, finance, international business, outsourcing, investment and innovation space.

His focus during the last few years has been on innovation in the banking ( fintech space) & creating easy access to global capital & professional skill to African start ups, resulting in him founding P-cube & we work – Africa virtual business incubator, co working space, community crowd investment company. He sits on several boards and has an MBA from National Institute of Management, (CFA) from Kaplan and BA in English literature from presidency College. He is passionate about building new technologies, solving problem ,investing in start-ups , teaching, speaking, writing, motivating, creating and making whatever is before him better than it is or was.
Serving as advisor to the board is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has more than 40 years of experience in various fields of auditing taxation, internal controls, quality control and Corporate affairs .
In the last 20 years he has set up companies, raised IPO , equity placement , bond issues, international merger and acquisitions. Privatization program, security and exchange regulations in various countries. Within recent years has on ERP systems for supply chain , finance and hospitality and health care businesses.
